Every time we come to SVS it is the nicest experience. Everyone is so helpful, pleasant and you don’t feel rushed or pressured at all. We have gone here a few time for purchases and getting my rings cleaned and each time the quality and customer service has been top notch. Donna is amazing she is so kind and patient and really listened to what I was looking for in choosing my anniversary band. The selection was amazing and I found exactly what I was looking for. SVS is the place to go! I went to the Oceanside location on Long Beach Rd. Went in to get an engagement ring. I was working with Donna, who couldn't have been a better help. She worked with me on everything from where my budget was to why style of rings my girlfriend liked, what styles she didn't like. Everything from the setting to the stone and all the little details in between. I couldn't have asked for a better place to choose from and I couldn't have asked for a better service. I can not say enough good things about SVS, especially about Marissa. From start to finish she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect setting.
